·The extraction efficiency of the processing instrument reaches over 50%, the proportion of viable bacteria is greater than 80%, with reducing costs by 30%.
·The fully enclosed extraction environment, exhaust, filtration and adsorption methods effectively remove odors, making the extraction process more comfortable.
·The operation has been fully automated.
2. Automated micro capsule filling machine
·By using microfluidic control technology, precise filling of microbiota suspension is achieved, with an accuracy of 0.1g.
·With rapid motion control technology, rapid filling is achieved, and the production process leaves no residue, accelerating the mass production of liquid capsules.
3. Automatic thawing and recovery instrument
·Through automatic water circulation and swirling, automatic temperature control, automatic rotation and flipping, it achieves unattended operation, no need for manual turning, uniform thawing, and accelerates the thawing and recovery process of the microbiota.
